Green or Eco-broker? What do you mean by that?
I have been asked that many times.....
What that means is I have been certified and specially trained by the National Association of Realtors (the only green designation recognized by NAR) in green building principles and practices, to list, market and guide clients in purchasing or selling green homes. Homes that reduce energy and water usage which promotes cost savngs and healthy living.
Learning to live a green lifestyle involves everything from decorating your home with sustainable products, to finding a greener way to commute, to teaching green principles to your kids. It is a lifestyle change at whatever level you want to make it.
