I see this is a common theme for me.....time flying by every month.Does anyone feel like I dol. I can't seem to slow it down.The pages peel off the calendar at such a fast pace. 

Well the couple, Ryan and Shannon, who found the home in Raleigh are going to close on it on Tuesday and move in on Wednesday. I'm excited for them. It is a nice old home, on a corner lot, in downtown Raleigh. It has that old southern feel to it with a wraparound front porch and a huge old magnolia tree in the fenced in yard. A little work and it will be a beauty.

Memorial weekend is coming up. I am traveling to visit my mom and dad, 86 and 96. If anyone has any questions regarding dementia or elder care, give me a call. I have become well educated by being thrown into it. Always challenges out there to overcome.

Hard to believe it's April already! I am excited about the tax credit that ends at the end of the month. It is pushing first time homebuyers to my listing in Fuquay. I was also able to find a home for a young couple buying their first home, a foreclosure, in Raleigh. Yeah for them, they get the tax credit and a nice home!
